Today is sunday and i tried this simple, yet wondefull dish at home.. the results were good..

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/4 Kg ;
Chopped Onion (big) - 1 medium size ;
Pepper - 1 to 2 table spoons ;
Dried Chillies (cut in half) - 4 to 6 ;
Jeera - 2 table spoons ;
Finely Chopped Garlic - 2 ;
Curry leaves - a handfull ;
Onion: 2 to 3 table spoons ;

Preperation:
1. First we are going to make pepper jeera powder. For that fry pepper and jeera in a pan for few minutes in medium flame and then grind them well in a mixer. Keep the mixture aside.
2. Take a pan with oil and heat it.
3. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, dried chillies and fry them well till onion turns brown.
4. Now add chopped garlic and then add chicken pieces (previously washed with turmeric).
5. After frying this for 2 minutes add the pepper-jeera powder.
6. Then add a small amount of water to help chicken cook well
7. Switch off when chicken is cooked and serve well with rice. :)
